Who sings it better? Beyonce vs. Liza Minnelli

Movie veteran Liza Minnelli, 64, revamped Beyonce’s smashing hit ‘Single Ladies’ for the new Sex And The City movie that’s out this Friday.

Minnelli’s cover is the lead single from the soundtrack album. Minnelli herself is making a short cameo in SATC 2 singing at the wedding of Stanford Blatch, a gay friend of Carrie Bradshaw (Sarah Jessica Parker).

Minnelli’s cover version of ‘Single Ladies’ is available online prior to the album’s official release tomorrow and we can check it out and compare to the original track performed by Beyoncé Knowles.

Liza’s ‘Ladies’ is different, it has a different feeling and it feels kind of retro to me. I heart the original version. However, Liza is 64 and her performance is pretty cool for someone who’s more than twice as old as Beyonce!
