‘Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides’ debuts first official trailer

With the production officially wrapped last month, Johnny Depp and Penelope Cruz starring Pirates Of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides 3D is here with the first official trailer.

While the trailer definitely looks impressive and action (read, sword-pointing) packed, I don’t know if it’s enough to keep me excited about the movie that hits theatres on May 20, 2011.

However, I’m looking forward to Jack Sparrow’s trademark humor and Penelope Cruz going bad-ass for Stranger Tides.

According to Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides official synopsis, Captain Jack Sparrow goes on a dangerous journey to find the elusive fountain of youth. On his way there he discovers that Blackbeard and his daughter are after it, too.

Pirates of The Caribbean: On Stranger Tides 3D stars Johnny Depp as Jack Sparrow, Penelope Cruz as Angelica, Geoffrey Rush as Barbossa, Ian McShane as Blackbeard, and rocker Keith Richards as Captain Teague.
