Lindsay Lohan is back on screen in ‘Escaping The Game’

Lindsay Lohan is going back to work in the first film after her jail and rehab stints last year – Lilo has landed a role in Escaping The Game, a drama telling about celebrities who can’t handle their star power and move to a remote island.

And though you may think Lindsay will star as herself, she’s cast to play a private detective that investigates celebrities’ mysterious missing.

Making her first post-rehab role and her first role in a couple of years, I really hope that Escaping The Game producers won’t back out of the project the very last minute because Lindsay has done something reckless again (remember that Linda Lovelace project?).

The movie’s producer Nathan Folks says he and Lohan have developed a special plan to make sure she turns up on set everyday and keeps herself out of trouble.

We can get her insured if she is with someone who is keeping an eye on her 24/7,” Nathan Folks said. “Lindsay and I’ve discussed it and she’s already agreed to the condition. She’s doing great and we’re going to prove to the world that she’s back.”

I can’t say I’m really looking forward to Lindsay Lohan’s comeback on screen in Escaping The Game (it’s been awhile since I saw her in some new movie so I really don’t remember how it feels) but I’ll be happy for her if she proves she can pull herself together when it’s necessary.
