Cursed movie ‘Superman’ finds a new director

Zack Snyder (300, Watchmen, Legend of the Guardians: The Owls of Ga’Hoole) is rumored to director the new Superman movie. Sources claim the young director is in negotiations with Warner Bros. and producer Christopher Nolan (The Dark Knight) to helm the long shelved project.

[Zack] Snyder is all about style over substance, and I think that’s a big reason why Bryan Singer’s Superman Returns didn’t work, causing the studio to reboot the franchise just four years later,” an insider revealed.

While some blame Bryan Singer, others blame the Superman curse as the movie, that first was brought to small screen in 1950, is in the list of Hollywood’s cursed movies for having a number of fatal and unlucky evens happen to actors and members of the crew working on the Superman movies.

Here are some examples of the Superman curse:

George Reeves, the first Superman from 1950’s TV series Adventures of Superman, was found dead in 1959. He reportedly shot himself in the head though his fingerprints were never found on the gun.

Another actor, Christopher Reeve was pretty successful in four Superman movies but in 1995 he was thrown from his horse and paralyzed from the waist down. Reeve died in 2004.

Margot Kidder (Lois Lane) was diagnosed with bipolar disorder after suffering a violent manic episode.

Richard Pryor from Superman III was later diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis.

   You do understand that theres this thing called chance?? All of these things that happened wasnt because of the movie they just were at the wrong place at the wrong time. I’m sorry but a movie can’t be cursed, and considering how many people who worked on the movies and played as stunt man the percentage of people on this list is very low compared to how many people helped with the movie. SO why didnt anything happen to all the other people??
