Can’t wait! New epic from Ridley Scott
Russell Brand and Ridley Scott teamed up again for another epic movie with a lot of battle scenes and medieval action.
The newly released trailer for Robin Hood gives a sneak peek at what to expect from the new movie that’s out May 14, 2010.
Russell looks great after losing some pounds for the role, and his co-star Cate Blanchett is always terrific in period costume movies.

Robin Hood is the second movie Scott and Crowe do together. They met on Gladiator set in 2000.

looks like at long last another glimpse into the realm of classic cinema, i.e., Gladiator, which spawned a rather silly joke at the time of its release, something to the effect that ‘he was glad he ate her’…???so what’s it gonna be, Robin? what with Men in Tights, the Costner version and not to forget Errol Flynn’s take on the subject matter…we’re wondering if the prudish Cate Blanchette and the foxy Crowe will sizzle like Lady Marian with Erroll..actually Crowe looks a little cigarbuttish in this one, he was better hiding the fly in State of Play but maybe that’s the promos…pretty macho actor as Blanchette is the shrinking violet sort, hardly see her hanging out the wash but there it is…
