Angelina Jolie is fierce in Salt!

She runs, jumps, sets rooms on fire and kicks a lot of strong male asses as a CIA operative in the new teaser trailer for Salt.

Angelina Jolie plays Evelyn A. Salt, a master of disguise. The core of the movie’s mystery is finding out which one is the real Salt.

She’s a character you never know,” producer Lorenzo di Bonaventura told USA Today earlier this spring. “People who think they know the real her may or may not. Those who think they can tell whether she’s in a disguise also may or may not. You’re supposed to be kept guessing. She tells you her agenda, but are you supposed to believe it?”

When a Russian captive accuses Salt of being a Russian spy who is on a mission to kill the president, she is forced to go on the run. Being hunted down by her colleagues, she must use all of her skills and experience to elude capture and protect herself and her husband from the world’s most powerful forces.

The film was initially called Edwin A. Salt and was set to star Tom Cruise. But the script was rewritten as soon as Jolie expressed an interest.
