WENN has conducted an online poll ahead of the 4th of July celebration this year. Online voters were asked to choose their favorite patriotic movie moment.

According to the source, 49% of the voters chose Will Smith’s battle to save the earth in Independence Day America’s favorite 4th of July movie moment.

Will Smith starring Independence Day was released in 1996.
