Vampires take 2009 Scream Awards
Vampire dramas Twilight and True Blood became ultimalte award winners at Spike TV’s 2009 Scream Awards held at the Greek Theatre on Saturday in Los Angeles.
The 4th annual ceremony that honors sci-fi, horror, fantasy and comic-inspired films, books and TV shows brought together hot actors, presenters and TV personalities to hand out kudos for sci-fi achievements.

So, Twilight became one of the greatest winners of the night taking home four trophies including Best Fantasy Actor and Actress for Robert Pattinson and Kristen Stewart, Best Fantasy Film and Best Breakout Male Performance for Taylor Lautner.
Alas, but neither Rob, nor Kristen showed up at the event. However, Taylor was there not only to grab his first award but to present a new exclusive footage from Twilight Saga: New Moon.
TV show True Blood was named the best in such categories as Best TV Show, Best Villain and Best Horror Actor and Actress.
Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen won in three categories. And sexy Megan Fox who dressed up in a slinky red dress was named Best Sci-Fi Actress. Congrats, Megan!
Star Trek collected The Ultimate Scream Movie, Best Science Fiction Movie and Best Director awards.
Johnny Depp took to the stage to receive the Most Anticipated Fantasy Film award for Alice in Wonderland.
