Twi-hards camping in LA ahead of ‘Eclipse’ premiere

Craziest and most devoted of Twilight Saga: Eclipse fans are now camping in the middle of Downtown Los Angeles to be able to get a glimpse of their favorite stars Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner when the movie premieres tomorrow.

According to sources, when the gates opened at 6 A.M. at L.A. Live plaza Monday morning, 350 people were already lined up. By yesterday the number of Twi-hards camping there had grown to 600 people and more fans were still expected to arrive.

Declaring their love for the movie stars, as well as their support of Team Jacob and Team Edward, fans are seen with Twilight towels and blankets, reading Stephenie Meyer’s books and just hanging around with fellow Twi-hards. Some fans even have life-sized cutouts of their favorite characters beside their tents. Crazzzy!

Some claim Summit Entertainment is planning special events and activities for the camping fans to keep them entertained while waiting. Think special cast appearances and music acts.

I’m also looking forward to Eclipse premiere, but guess I’m not that Twilight crazy to go camping with the rest of the fans. You?
