Team Edward force Emma Roberts to quit Twitter because she’s Team Jacob

Young actress Emma Roberts has been forced to delete her Twitter account because of all the hate mail she’s received from devoted Twi-hards, especially those belonging to the Team Edward camp.

Emma Roberts visited The Tonight Show with Jay Leno earlier this week. Having Robert Pattinson in the studio, Leno asked the young actress if she was Team Jacob or team Edward. Saying she was Team Jacob Emma, 19, could never guess her choice would provoke such uproar among Twi-hards.

Team Edward supporters filled her account with hate mail after her innocent tweet on Tuesday night:

Rob Pattinson is so nice! I was slightly disappointed his skin wasn’t glittering & the song ‘Wild Thing’ didn’t start when he shook my hand.”

Think twice before you speak, especially if it’s something Twilight Saga related!
