Stephenie Meyer releases new Twilight Saga novel

Twilight Saga author Stephenie Meyer will release her new book The Short Life Of Bree Tanner on June 5, 2010 and this book (surprise, surprise) will follow one of Eclipse characters, Bree into her second vampire life.

Bree is featured in Twilight Saga: Eclipse as one of the youngest characters of the book, a newborn vampire and member of the Victoria army who surrenders to Carlisle before eventually being killed by the Volturi.

Jodelle Ferland (Silent Hill) will play Bree in Twilight Saga: Eclipse when it’s out on June 30, 2010.

Anyways, The Short Second Life Of Bree Tanner is Meyer’s first book for two years that’s expected to become the biggest selling novel of the year.

A new Twilight Saga book from Stephenie Meyer, no matter how short, is the best news in the world for her legions of fans, and great news for bookshops everywhere – this could be the biggest selling book of the year,” a buyer said.

192-page novel will also be available on www.breetanner.com from June 7 to July 5, 2010.

Meyer said the book was “something for the fans” and her way to thank them for all the support they’ve given to all things Twilight.
