Kyle XY star joins Eclipse cast

E! Online reports, Kyle XY star, 19 year old Kirsten Prout will join Twilight Saga: Eclipse cast to portray vampire Lucy.

Kirsten who’s previously starred in Elektra with Jennifer Garner, will play the vampire who once was closely connected with Jasper (Jackson Rathbone) and helped Maria (newly cast Catalina Sandino Moreno) build a vampire army.

Prout’s rep has confirmed her participation in one of the most highly anticipated sequels of the day.

Besides Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Ashley Greene, Nikki Reed, Kellan Lutz, Jackson Rathbone, Billy Burke, Elizabeth Reaser, Peter Facinelli, Boo Boo Stewart and others, Eclipse cast will also include Bryce Dallas Howard as Victoria, Xavier Samuel as Riley and Catalina Sandino Moreno as Maria.

Twilight Saga: Eclipse will premiere on June 30, 2010.
