Transgender Woman to Khloe Kardashian: Pay and Lawsuit Goes Away!

Back in 2009 Khloe Kardashian faced a lawsuit for an alleged assault and battery. She was accused of attacking Chantal Spears, also known as Ronald Spears, in December 2009 in papers filed at the LA Superior Court. So, the suit alleged that Kardashian “assaulted and battered [Spears] by violently striking [Spears] in and about her body” on the Sunset Strip, and that the incident left Spears “in great fear for her life and physical well-being”. Moreover, Spears requested general and punitive damages and medical expenses as compensation.

At the time of the alleged incident, Spears told TMZ that Khloe got aggressive after Spears approached her basketballer husband Lamar Odom, who was 30 at the time, and said that he was ‘too young to be married’. She said:

All I was telling Lamar Odom is maybe he is too young to get married, and all of a sudden I get this big push from this girl.”

Khloe countered the request claiming that Chantal-Ronald has failed to truly specify what her alleged damages were, despite being asked several times.

So, Chantal-Ronald is now offering to throw out a pending lawsuit if Kardashian pays her $150,000! In new legal docs she now says she is willing to settle the case out of court, in case Khloe gives her a hefty fee for “mental and emotional anxiety”.

This is a perky badger game! And the person claiming to have been injured, emotionally damaged, etc was born male at last! And he or she still goes by the name of Ronald! Why are you all insulting Khloe? I don’t like the Khardashian ‘brand’ and I think the girls all talk like androids but this claim is crazy. Grow up, Ronald!
