Miley Cyrus voted worst celebrity role model. Again

Young star Miley Cyrus has been voted the worst celebrity role model for the second consecutive year. Teens aged 9 to 15 cast their votes on AOL’s Just So You Know website choosing the stars that they refused to look up to anymore.

Miley Cyrus, 18, received more than 50% of the total vote with some teens saying they didn’t approve of the choices she made and others even claiming they were “over her.”

It goes without saying Miley’s reputation has been changing rapidly in the past few months. First she was caught on tape smoking salvia, a legal “drug of concern” in California and then her naked photos were leaked online.

Besides, in October and November last year Miley Cyrus was also slammed for drinking alcohol in Spain and getting in some inappropriately hot PDA with her rumored boyfriend Avan Jogia, also 18, at her birthday party.

Miley who’s currently filming her new movie So Undercover in New Orleans, has been trying her best to shed the Hannah Montana/ good girl image, publicly saying she’s grown up and has nothing to do with the character that once brought her fame and fortune.

You know, you can judge her, but what were you doing when you were 18?” Miley’s So Undercover co-star Jeremy Piven has defended her in the interview. “She’s kind of amazing. There’s something so incredibly refreshing about someone who is exactly who they are. There’s nothing pretentious about her. She’s this force. She loves to laugh.”

Miley Cyrus’ new risque image lets her top the list of worst celebrity role models 2011 beating the likes of Lindsay Lohan and Demi Lovato, as well as Teen Mom‘s Amber Portwood, Kanye West and Gossip Girl‘s Chace Crawford, who was arrested for marijuana possession last year.
