McCain is being childish unlike witty Paris
John McCain has found a terrible word to call his opponent Barack Obama. In two recent ads, McCain has called Obama the “c-word.”
That’s right: McCain is accusing Obama of being a celebrity. McCain’s now famous “Celeb” ad featured pictures of Britney Spears, Paris Hilton and Obama giving a speech to a huge crowd in Germany. The voice-over said: “He’s the biggest celebrity in the world. But, is he ready to lead? With gas prices soaring, Barack Obama says no to offshore drilling. And says he’ll raise taxes on electricity. Higher taxes, more foreign oil, that’s the real Obama.”
Roger Simon of BostonHerald.com says in his article:
To me, accusing a presidential candidate of being a celebrity is like accusing a ballerina of dancing on her toes – it sort of defines what the person is – but maybe I just don’t get it. “
It is so childish of Republican candidate. Isn’t McCain a celebrity himself, then?
“… It is dangerous to go negative before you have established your own positives,” goes on Roger Simon.
Here is response to McCain’s childish behavior and using Britney Spears for his campaign ad.
While that, Paris Hilton has made her own response to McCain’s ad.
So, vote. You do make a difference, even though it may seem super small…unfortunately thats the way the political system is. Getting to the polls is the only way to make a change. It doesn’t matter how young or old you are, just the fact that you can you should consider yourself lucky, that is a luxury not every has in this world.
While that Paris Hilton looks super sexy on a shopping trip in Beverly Hills. Wearing a turquoise dress, heiress spent the afternoon shopping at the always-popular Barneys New York and Nieman Marcus, leaving with a handful of purchases.
Miss Hilton has revealed that she is working with Marvel Comics to create a superhero character based on her. It’s a project led by Marvel Comics chairman Stan Lee, the creator of Spider-Man and the X-Men.
In conclusion, I want to say that celebrities are cool, Barack Obama is not just a celebrity. He is simply the best America can have right now.
