Lindsay Lohan fails drug tests, faces jail time

13 days in jail and 23 days in rehab seem to be not enough for a trouble-head like Lindsay Lohan to realize how much her life really sucks.

According to TMZ, Lindsay Lohan failed one of her regular drug tests last week and now faces up to 30 days jail time. The source claims Lindsay tested positive for cocaine after partying all night long at New York’s Boom Boom Boom.

No official confirmation of the reports has so far arrived, but Ms. Lohan has already referred to the rumors as “nuts” adding she is “fine.”

Later Lindsay Lohan took to her Twitter to explain the situation and admit to failing the test:

Regrettably, I did in fact fail my most recent drug test and if I am asked, I am prepared to appear before judge Fox next week as a result.

Substance abuse is a disease, which unfortunately doesn’t go away over night. I am working hard to overcome it and am taking positive steps forward every day. I am testing every single day and doing what I must do to prevent any mishaps in the future.

[Failing the test] was certainly a setback for me but I am taking responsibility for my actions and I’m prepared to face the consequences. I am so thankful for the support of my fans, loved ones and immediate family, who understand that I am trying hard, but also that I am a work in progress, just as anyone else. I am keeping my faith, and I am hopeful….Thank you all!!!

In case you forget, Lindsay Lohan entered the Lynwood Correction Facility in California on July 20th to serve 90 days for violation of probation. LiLo served 13 days of a 90-days sentence that were followed by 23 days in the rehab. She was released on August 2, 2010.

According to the terms of her current probation, among other requirements she has to submit to random drug and alcohol testing twice a week, attend chemical dependency meetings at least five times a week, and contact her chemical dependency counselor at least seven times a week.

   lindsey looks great in magazines and on tv, but when out in public, why does she dress so bad. odd taste in clothes. cant you dress better to fail a drug test.
