LA County Coroner: Michael Jackson was murdered!

LA County Coroner has re-released Michal Jackson’s cause of death. After six months of investigation, Michael’s sudden passing on June 25, 2009 has been ruled a murder with “acute propofol intoxication” and “intravenous injection by another” listed as cause of death.

Michael’s family responded to the new reports saying they believed there was “more than one person responsible” for his death and were keen on getting justice and ready for a lawsuit.

According to Hollyscoop.com, Dr. Conrad Murray is expected to be charged with manslaughter for his “gross negligence” during Michael’s final hours. To prove Conrad is guilty of involuntary manslaughter, authorities must show there was a reckless action that created a risk of death or great bodily injury.

Murray’s lawyer Ed Chernoff said last week that they hadn’t received notice of an impaneled grand jury and Murray hadn’t yet been invited to testify.
