Justin Bieber Faces Paternity Lawsuit

Justin Bieber seems to have difficult times. The young pop icon faced lawsuit by Mariah Yeater, a 20-year-old California girl who is claiming Bieber to be the father of her three-month-old son. Star magazine could get court papers which contain Yeater’s application asking Justin Bieber to have a paternity clarification and “to provide adequate support for her baby” afterward.

Affidavit signed under penalty of perjury says she was 19 years old when she had sex with Bieber backstage at one of his concerts in Los Angeles.

According to Radaronline.com Mariah Yeater claimed their intercourse was ‘brief’ and said:

Immediately, it was obvious that we were mutually attracted to one another, and we began to kiss. Shortly thereafter, Justin Bieber suggested that I go with him to a private place where we could be alone.”

I agreed to go with him and on the walk to a private area, he told me he wanted to make love to me and this was going to be his first time.”

We went inside and immediately his personality changed drastically. He began touching me and repeatedly said he wanted to f**k the s**t out of me. At the time I asked him to put a condom for protection, but he insisted that he did not want to.”

In his own words, he said that because it was his first time he wanted to feel everything.”

Bieber’s camp has strongly denied the accusations; still, but a court hearing has been set for December 15. In a statement to RadarOnline.com, Bieber’s rep said:

While we haven’t yet seen the lawsuit, it’s sad that someone would fabricate malicious, defamatory, and demonstrably false claims. We will vigorously pursue all available legal remedies to defend and protect Justin against these allegations.”

As for me, I have no idea whether believe or not in Mariah’s statement. It’s a wide-known fact that Bieber invites some his fans backstage for “having fun”. Who knows, who knows…

I am sure about one thing: Selena Gomez wouldn’t be glad about this lawsuit against her beau. The couple has been dating since December 2010 and seem to enjoy each other’s company very much. Last week they adopted a puppy named Baylor later together.
