It’s not a new species of elephants. It’s pure human creation. Just for fun, you know.

The elephant is Thailand’s national symbol but recently Thais have become so obsessed with pandas that elephants became kind of zoo outsiders.

To change the situation, some “smart” zoo keepers decided to take “drastic-action, painting five of their neglected giants in watercolour paint, then parading them before schoolchildren,” TheDailyMail.co.uk reports.

The parade had a good cause to remind the authorities that elephants had their needs too, but the show turned into some kind of farce.

I wonder where PETA is in this situation and what the guys out there think about it. Isn’t it a vivid example of bad treating of animals? It’s outrageous! I’m enraged, really.

In stead of making pejorative remarks about celebs wearing fur or stuff like that, why don’t you go and take action when it’s really urgent?
