Has Usher stolen a song from Homer Simpson?

R&B star Usher is accused of ripping off lines from Homer Simpson‘s Christmas Carol ‘Christmas In December’ for his hit song ‘OMG’.

Ridiculous? I know it sounds so, but if you listen to the song below, you’ll see the guys from Y101, a radio station in Jackson, Mississippi, are not kidding.

The radio DJs were the first to notice the similarities between Usher’s ‘OMG’ and Homer’s song ‘Christmas In December’ from The Simpsons’ Dude, Where’s My Ranch? episode (2003).

Usher’s “Honey got a booty like pow, pow, pow. Honey got some boobies like wow, oh wow” sounds a lot like Homer Simpson’s “Christmas in December, wow wow wow. Give me tons of presents, now now now.”
