Downward spiral: Miley Cyrus caught on tape smoking the bong

18 year old Miley Cyrus celebrated her birthday with… the bong! Video of Miley Cyrus smoking the bong with her friends in her LA home has become available showing the singer/actress smoking what’s supposed to be salvia, a natural herb having psychedelic qualities.

The video was taped by Miley’s friend who said Cyrus would “sh*t brick when you see this.'” In the video Miley is talking some nonsense mentioning her ex boyfriend Liam Hemsworth and giggling uncontrollably.

According to TMZ.com, that was the first to release the tape, the video was stolen or copied from Miley’s friend’s camera and then leaked online.

She’s so high in the video and that doesn’t feel right for an 18 year old (former?) teens’ role model.

Though Miley Cyrus hasn’t released any statement regarding the leaked tape, her dad, who’s divorcing her designer mom Tish, took to his Twitter to tell his fans how sad and disappointed he was, admitted there was a lot “beyond his control”:

Sorry guys. I had no idea. Just saw this stuff for the first time myself. I’m so sad. There is much beyond my control right now,” Billy Ray Cyrus wrote on Twitter.
