Bruno is banned!
That’s a problem for all Bruno fans living in Ukraine. According to the country’s Ministry of Culture the flick “is immoral” and will not be released.
This immoral movie, however, is super popular with movie goers, guys!
The CIS countries have a history of banning Sacha Baron Cohen’s extravagance films. Back in 2006 Borat: Cultural Learnings of America for Make Benefit Glorious Nation of Kazakhstan was banned in Kazakhstan and Russia and was only available on the illegal basis (my Russian friend told me that).
Meanwhile, Bruno faces some critics in other countries as well. According to AP, some Austrian officials have spoken out against the film, but have not taken any action against it.
Don’t Ukrainian authorities realize that the forbidden fruit is sweet?

Wow! But I am not surprised. This movie was terrible. Me and my brothers made the mistake of convincing our parents to come and see it with us. The opening scene was so disturbing. This movie should be rated “X” if anything. I don’t even think it should have been in the theaters. It was terrible. Then, later came the part where he made the commercial and it was showed to a panel of several people in which several times it shows a real man’s penis. This is not for children. A lot of kids, some that I know, were really excited about seeing this (including me) because the commercial makes it look absolutely nothing like what the movie really was. We got up and left, right there and then. I would say that was about 20 minutes into the movie. I saw about 15 other people walk out of the movie in that scene. My mom demanded a refund. The sad part about it all: The theater was packed and people actually laughed at it all. How could you laugh at such X-rated scenes. After the commercial scene, my brothers and dad stayed about 5 more minutes to see the scene that was to follow, and they say it got worst. I don’t really want to know how “worst” it got, but they say it did. I also saw that this movie was nominated for a TCA. Are you serious!!!??? I’m 14. “Teen” means 13 and up. I cannot imagine a 13 year old child watching this. This movie was a disgrace, and so many people hated it. Sacha Baron Cohen is going to get a lot of shit for this movie. So may all hell break lose.

You’r obviously a very boring person who cannot handle much. Bruno is not aimed at teenager’s so therefore you should have not watched it in the first place. You need to be exposed to things in life in order for you to understand the reasons. In modern day film making it is ideological to push the boundries or else every film would be banal and therefore become unentertaining. So therefore i say all hell should break loose, mainly because it would be more interesting than absoulutely nothing happening. Sorry if i may come across as rude, but i am mearly expressing my opinion, likewise to you. Davey Jones.
