Bosnian women hate Angelina Jolie’s movie, think she doesn’t deserve to remain UN Ambassador

Angelina Jolie’s debut as a director, screenplay writer and producer has already created so much buzz that I can’t even imagine what it’s gonna be like when she actually promotes the movies in media. Jolie now has to deal with claims from Bosnian Women Victims of War association.

Jolie’s troubled movie is currently in production with the crew shooting scenes in Hungary. The movie that is set during the war in Bosnian in mid 1990s and tells the story of a Bosnian woman who falls in love with the Serbian soldier who rapes her, was banned from filming in Bosnia last month and now the Women Victims of War association blames Angelina Jolie for misrepresenting them in the movie and demands UN to fire her as their celebrity Ambassador for Refugees.

Angelina Jolie’s ignorant attitude towards victims says enough about the scenario and gives us the right to continue having doubts about it,” the Women Victims of War association said in their letter to UN Refugee Agency. “We have insisted to meet Angelina Jolie since we don’t want to be wrongly presented in the world. Our voices are worthwhile and we should have got much more respect. Angelina made a big mistake. We feel that she did not act like a real UNHCR ambassador and we believe that she has no more credibility to remain the ambassador.”

Wow, that’s harsh!

There’s so much negative feedback we hear about Jolie’s movie and it’s not even out! Though people accuse Angelina Jolie of misrepresenting the war, it doesn’t make me want to watch the movie less. You?
