Preview: Avril Lavigne ‘What The Hell’

Just two weeks before Avril Lavigne officially premieres her new song, ‘What The Hell,’ it is available for preview online.

The 30 seconds of Avril Lavigne’s ‘What The Hell’ sound like nothing new to me and gotta say I’ve been expecting a lot more. Now I don’t think the song will be able to impress me when premiered in full on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest.

Hope other tracks off Lavigne’s new album Goodbye Lullaby will sound more exciting than ‘What the Hell.’ Goodbye Lullaby is hailed as less pop-rock, more mellow and definitely deep. Aside of Avril’s trademark sound it will also feature a ’50s girl-group feel and reveal Avril’s vulnerable side.

Becoming Avril’s first album in four years, Goodbye Lullaby will be released on March 8, 2011.
