Katy Perry debuted a new video for her fourth single from super hit smashing album One of The Boys. ‘Waking Up In Vegas’ is a hilarious Katy-Perry style video, and I’m simply loving it.

I like it when a video enacts a song, and this is exactly the case with ‘Waking Up in Vegas’ that co-stars Joel David Moore (The Hottie & The Nottie).
