Lady GaGa’s ‘Born This Way’ is accused of plagiarism. Again

Lady GaGa‘s latest single ‘Born This Way’ is so huge and so awesome that everybody (literally everybody) wants to get a piece of this delicious dollar pie. Now Korean pop band SNSD is accusing Lady GaGa of plagiarism.

SNSD producers E-Tribe say they see “similarities” between GaGa’s ‘Born This Way’ and their song ‘Be Happy’.

Someone this morning told me that there were reports of Lady GaGa plagiarizing SNSD’s ‘Be Happy’,” a rep for the producer duo said. “I listened, and I do feel that there are similarities. The way the song flows and the arrangements are, honestly, the same. I am currently working to get in contact with Lady GaGa’s publishing label to find further information.”

Well, I also listened to SNSD’s ‘Be Happy’ (for the first time in my life, as I’ve never heard of them before, which is unsurprising) and I gotta say their song has n-o-t-h-i-n-g to do with Lady GaGa’s smashing hit.
