Lady GaGa reveals release date for ‘Born This Way,’ album tracklisting

After gushing about a big New Year announcement in the last two weeks of last year, Lady GaGa then took to her Twitter on January 1st to announce the release dates for her highly-anticipated new album Born This Way and its first single.

THE SONG 2 13 11 THE RECORD 5 23 11,” Lady GaGa tweeted in her first message this year.

I’m so excited! Earlier this year when GaGa just announced the name of the album at 2010 VMAs there were reports Born This Way would come out in May but Mother Monster was reluctant to address the rumor.

In one of her new interviews Lady GaGa said the new album was all about her fans:

It’s really written by the fans, they really wrote it for me because every night they’re funneling so much into me. So I wrote it for them. Born This Way is all about my little monsters and me, mother monster,” GaGa told BBC.

Also, though the authenticity of the list has never been confirmed yet, here’s the Born This Way tracklisting as revealed at GagaDailyBoards.com. According to the list, Born This Way has 20 songs and one digital download extra.

I don’t know if the track list is fake or not but I’m still very excited. Can’t wait for GaGa’s new album to come out!
