Lady GaGa announces release date for ‘Judas’

Lady GaGa has revealed the release date of the second single off the upcoming Born This Way album, ‘Judas’. The release date was announced in the Gagavision No. 41 video message. ‘Judas’ is coming on April 19th!

‘Judas’ is coming. Let the cultural baptism begin. ‘Judas’ April 19. If they were not who you were taught they would be, would you still believe?” GaGa said at the end of the message.

‘Judas’ is described by Rolling Stone as “a classical Lady GaGa pop banger, less dark and dramatic” than ‘Bad Romance’ or ‘Love Game’.

At the same time, ‘Judas’ is a kind of a milestone in GaGa’s career as the video for the song, that’s expected in the few weeks, is her debut as a music video director. In one of her recent tweets GaGa said she was also editing the video all by herself.
