Jonas’ ‘LA Baby’ vs. Katy Perry ‘California Gurls’

Summer start now with two hot music premieres!

Both songs sound terrific and both are about The Golden State.

Jonas Brothers have presented their new single, soundtrack for the Disney Channel series J.O.N.A.S! (or Jonas LA as it’s reportedly re-entitled now) titled ‘LA Baby’. It sounds very upbeat and pop-punk.

To compete with the trio’s new single, Katy Perry’s new song has also made its debut. ‘California Gurls’ (no, I didn’t misspell the word) is the brand new single from Katy’s new album that she’s currently working on.

‘California Gurls’ ft Snoop Dogg is Perry’s answer to Jay-Z’s ‘Empire State of Mind’ and is hailed as the new California anthem.
