Celebrity Oops 2009 – Lindsay Lohan

Lindsay Lohan is one unlucky girl. This year is one big failure rollercoaster for the actress-turned-singer-turned-designer.

First she got axed from Ugly Betty, then she broke up with her girlfriend Samantha Ronson, then she tried her hand in designing for Emmanuel Ungaro and also bombed, and now she stands all chances to get dropped by her record label. Poor thing!

Lindsay has been working on her third studio album Spirit in the Dark for the last 16 months, but her record label Casablanca is reported to have put her project on hold.

Casablanca has suspended all further recording sessions of her album and put their working relationship with her on hold,” Fox411 reported. “[Lindsay] is going to do what she can to keep her music career going.”

It’s been four years since Lohan released her sophomore album and who knows how more we’ll have to wait to hear the new songs, if at all.

At least, Lindsay has a pretty successful leggings line. Hope she won’t screw it up.
