Paris Haute Couture from Stephane Rolland
French designer Stephane Rolland debuted at Paris Fashion Week with his collection of cocktail dresses and evening gowns.
His collection of cocktail gowns was heavy on daywear but anyway his designs were well decorated with beadwork, unexpected elements like bustles and capes, and showed some volumes and harmonious lines as well.
Rolland said he was inspired by the Romanian-born sculptor Constantin Brancusi when creating his designs that’s why we see volume and elegant lines.
Rolland was once a designer for French house Jean-Louis Scherrer, and he showed his previous Haute Couture collections as an invited member, but now it’s official!
Bienvenue, monsieur Rolland!

Gradient is a nice touch on the red dress. The black wave detail on the black dress is amazing. So couture…so cute…I want one in every color.
