Morning quiz: Guess the movie prototypes
Can you guess what movie the doll makers were inspired by when creating these dolls?
Well, these are Edward and Bella from the Twilight saga. What do you think of the dolls? Some sources claim, the dolls look too stereotyped and impersonalized, simply copying Barbie and Ken.
Well, though I can’t say I’m a huge fan of Twilight I recognized the dolls at once.
I admit they look very much like Barbie and Ken [and the hair is awful!] but bet these dolls will bring fortune to the makers as thousands of Twilight fans will definitely like to have their own Edward and Bella standing on the shelves in their bedrooms.
