Kenzo goes Matryoshka doll crazy for perfume

Kenzo started early New Year celebrations launching a new perfume. Well, there’s hardly anything new about the scent, but there’s definitely a new cool innovative detail about the Kenzo Flower bottle.

Flower is hidden inside a Russian Matryoshka painted red and white to symbolize the red poppy that the scent is all about.

The new Russia inspired perfume edition will hit stores in November 2009. Don’t miss!

For those of you who haven’t smelled Kenzo Flower before, it embodies scents of black and red currant, Bulgarian rose, violets from Parma, jasmine, vanilla and musk. Very flower-ish.

Loving the Matryoshka doll idea for the perfume. Last year I was super excited about the Russian Vogue special edition featuring Matryoshkas painted by most renowned fashion designers. It looked so cool. Guess Kenzo loved that idea, too.
