Award winning singer and songwriter, 25, was seen wearing racy lacy leggings on a romantic date with her fiancee Russell Brand in LA.

Donning the leggings, pink ankle boots, sheer black skirt, a top and a wide belt, Katy looked hot reviving her late January ’10 look. That time she paired the leggings with grey leotard and short top.
