Ryan Gosling Saves Woman’s Life!

Hollywood Samaritan strikes again! Ryan Gosling rescued a female pedestrian in New York City yesterday, a woman claims. British journalist Laurie Penny tweeted about her experience and revealed the hunky Hollywood star saved her from getting run over. She says she was amazed when she realised that it was no one but Ryan Gosling who was helping her navigate the notoriously busy Big Apple streets. Laurie wrote on the social networking site:

I literally, LITERALLY just got saved from a car by Ryan Gosling.”

I didn’t remember to look the right way. An actor happened to be passing and stopped me from getting run over by a car. I said ‘thank you.’ And that was that. The actor happened to be Ryan Gosling.”

That actually just happened. I was crossing 6th Avenue in a new pink wig. Not looking the right way because I am from London. Ryan Gosling grabbed me away from a taxi.”

He did not say, ‘Hey girl.’ He said, ‘Hey, watch out!'”

Penny added that she is certain it was him, confirmed when another female pedestrian called her a “lucky b***h.”

It seems Laurie wasn’t prepared for the Gosling craze as she later wrote:

EVERYBODY NEEDS TO CALM DOWN ABOUT RYAN GOSLING NOW.”

Sort of back tracking, Laurie said of the attention regarding this story:

No seriously. My phone and email have been going crazy with media requests all night and all morning and it’s getting silly now.”

It is not the first time that Gosling, 31, has been a hero on the streets of New York. Last August he broke up a fight between two men which was captured on tape:
