Breaking: Justin Bieber Allegedly Dumped Selena Gomez!

Oh la la! Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have reportedly broken up several times within recent months due to their alleged relationship problems. Here’s split alert from TMZ:

He loves her … he loves her not — TMZ has learned, Justin Bieber and Selena Gomez have broken up multiple times in the last few months. Sources in a position to know tell us, Biebs and Selena most recently ended things last week — but have since decided to give their relationship another try … kinda. We’re told Justin and Selena’s current situation is tenuous … they’re not “solid” … they’re just figuring things out. They’ve been dating for roughly a year and a half. Teenagers.”

While the teenage power couple are said to be giving their relationship another try after breaking up just last week, a source described their state as being not very stable. Bieber, 18, has been busy traveling the country in recent weeks promoting his new Believe album but shocked his fans in May when he posted a cryptic tweet on social networking site Twitter. Bieber tweeted:

Thank you for the time I had with you but i have to move on now.”

Thousands of his 21 million Twitter followers retweeted the post and began speculating whether the tweet was directed at Gomez…

Gomez, a 19-year-old pop singer, began dating Bieber in 2011 and although she has also had a busy work schedule lately, the former Disney star was recently seen frolicking with another man on a Malibu, California. Although the man was eventually identified as being Alfredo Flores, a filmmaker, Bieber fans immediately flocked to Twitter to express their outrage after it was alleged that the pair were openly flirting with one another. There are several tweets from the furious Beliebers:

Just saw these pics of @selenagomez and this Alfredo guy who the heck is he and y would Selena cheat on Justin she seems to nice to cheat!”

Did Selena Gomez cheat on Justin bieber? Haha #shesdumb.”

For some critics, the pictures of Gomez and Flores were proof that she and Bieber broke up although neither of them have publicly addressed the cheating allegations. Gomez was applauded for standing by Bieber’s side in 2011 when California woman Mariah Yeater alleged that Bieber fathered her child. Bieber denied all of Yeater’s allegations and Gomez offered her support throughout the ordeal.

The pair made their public debut in March 2011 at an Oscar party. After that they frequently walked the red carpet together and made sure to share at least a public smooch or two at every awards show they attended.

Most recently, Bieber and Gomez attended the premiere of Katy Perry’s movie, but opted out of posing on the red carpet.

Their last public appearance was on June 30, when they enjoyed popsicles at the park.
