Marvelous: Katy Perry’s 2009 EMA promos

Loooove Katy Perry’s promoshoot for this year’s MTV Europe Music Awards that she’s honored to host for the second consecutive year.

The shoot is definitely inspired by the Halloween vibe with Katy wearing a crazy yet glam hairdo, sexy bright make up and super hot outfits.

I heart the satin and lace vest, accessorized with a wide black belt, bracelets, stripy stockings, and a pink satin bow garter. Moulin Rough, anyone?

The second outfit is probably less risque, and I definitely like the red satin cuffs and over-the knee boots – the same Kylie Minogue was wearing during her first ever gig in the US.
