CMA 2009 – the hottest

I love the Academy Of Country Music Awards redcarpet. Even before the ceremony begins I’m always 99% sure it will be something fashionably awesome and elegant.

CMA 2009 were held last night in Las Vegas and I must say the celebrity guests were dressed up to the level.

Nicole Kidman is a regular guest at the show. She arrived hand in hand with her hubby, country music singer Keith Urban. Australia star wore a fantastic sparkly black L’Wren Scott floor-grazing gown with a plunging backline. Sexy back, hah?

Nicole paired the dress with black stilettos that made her several inches taller than Keith, looked kind of cute.

Country music star and center of love affair scandal, LeAnn Rimes, looked sexy and leggy in the elegant black dress. Loved the draping.

Entertainer of the Year and Top Female Vocalist, Carrie Underwood looked stunning both on the redcarpet and on stage.

Her crimson princess style dress was totally mind-blowing and unforgettable.

Miley Cyrus celebrated her ACM Awards debut in the clay-grey Monique Lhullier dress with a jeweled one-shoulder and bustline, Cole Haan heels and H.Stern jewels. Looked great for the 16 year-old girl.

Miley’s new BFF, country music sweetheart Taylor Swift, looked attention grabbing in a red one-shoulder Angel Sanchez gown. I loved the deep red color and her make up.

Though I consider all the dresses mentioned above to be super glam and fab, this dress looked outstanding, no doubt, but I just can’t include it in my list of the hottest Academy of Country Music Awards 2009 dresses. Kellie Pickler looked like a lovely redcarpet mermaid wearing a fishtail and fish scale printed golden dress. YOUR THOUGHTS?

   Is that Kellie pic from last night??? I saw pics of her in a different dress with her new (awesome) auburn hair.
