First look at Nicole Kidman’s newborn daughter Faith Margaret

Proud parents Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban showed the first photo of their newborn daughter Faith Margaret, 5 weeks old, at Sunday’s 2011 SAG Awards.

The baby that was born via a surrogate in December is now at home with her mom, dad and sister Sunday Rose, the couple’s biological child.

Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban managed to do the impossible in Hollywood – have a baby with nobody knowing anything. In her interview at the event Nicole said keeping the baby’s birth in secret was their “thing together”, their way to protect Faith and everyone involved.

I’m very very thankful and beyond thrilled that we have a new little baby. I wanted to be able to tell everybody because I was so excited about her,” Nicole Kidman added. “[Sunday is] so into [Faith] and she’s crazy about her. We really wanted Sunday to have a sibling, you know, so now we’ve got Sunday and Faith Margaret… we’ve got our hands full! We’re really happy.”

Talking about the baby’s name dad Keith Urban said that he and his wife had to have every bit of faith on their way to having a baby so they thought it to be a perfect name for their second daughter. Nicole also named her baby after grandmother Margaret who had her last child at 49 and was a real inspiration for Kidman.
