According to the source they’re “definitely” together but try to keep their relationship low-key.
I’d be happy to see them together, they both deserve being happy. Jake’s latest high-profile relationship with Reese Withersppon ended last year after almost two years together.
Rachel Bilson parted ways with fiance Hayden Christensen last month.
