Avril and husband are on the way to Splitsville

Avril Lavigne and her Sum 41 husband Deryck Whibley are rumored on the verge of divorce as the couple hardly spend five minutes together.

The last public appearance and consequent PDA was caught on camera back in December 2008 and ever since the relationship seems to have been caught in downward spiral.

Avril nd Deryck hardly ever see each other, the source reported. Lavigne has been partying hard lately while Deryck stays out of limelight.

He was alone attending Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen premiere in June, and Avril spent tons of time with her girlfriends and male admirers in Southampton and Saint Tropez looking anything but married.

She wanted to get away from Deryck and have a weekend to herself,” a source close to the Canadian songstress said.

Lavigne and Whibley married on July 15, 2006.

Well, even though partying hard she keeps her ring on, wondering if it’s good sign.
