Top 12 smart celebrities given college scholarship
One of the most popular & most recognizable young actresses in the world, Emma Watson, started her new term at Brown University last week after spending summer with her family and friends.
Emma is now back in the States to attend the Ivy League at Brown and study European women’s history, Ovid’s Metamorphoses, and acting.
It’s great to be back at uni – having the best time! Good luck to everyone else starting school this week, Em,” Emma Watson posted on her Twitter later last week.
Emma Watson is a smart celebrity. Known for straight A-s at school and hard studying in spite of a pretty hectic working schedule, Ms. Watson has never made a secret of her intention to start college and study more right after school.
Any future projects will take second place to university,” Emma Watson said in early 2009. “Jodie Foster did it, Natalie Portman did it. I think it’s entirely possible to juggle university with filming. I actually think going to university will make me a better actress. The experience of living like that, working to deadlines, living with other students. It’s all the things I want,” Emma added.
Emma, who btw looks gorgeous with a short pixie do, isn’t the only celebrity who was once offered a university scholarship. Check out other smart celebrities who once received college/university scholarship.
