Time to go David?

David Beckham received a harsh welcome during his home return game in LA yesterday.

LA Galaxy played with AC Milan, the club Beckham was on a five-month loan to.

In stead of cheering and support, David received booing and discouraging signs held by LA Galaxy fans.

LA fans were disappointed David left his team for so long and one of the fans even tried to get into the face-to-face confrontation with the player. Thanks to the stadium security, no fight happened.

Some fans later accused Beckham of betraying the club.

I don’t think he wants to be here, I think he should go.” One of the fans said.

Previously, while playing for AC Milan David said he wanted to stay in Italy as the standard of play was far higher there than in the US.

The majority of the fans have been great,” David said after the game. “[Boos are] to be expected. Sometimes it goes beyond it. I tried to shake one of the guy’s hands but he didn’t want any of it. That’s the way it is.”

Whatever other people say, Beckham always has a group of fans who’ll be there for him whatever happens. His wife Victoria Beckham and kids were there watching him play. Other supporters included Tom Cruise, Kate Beckinsale and her husband.
