Taylor Swift – 20th birthday charity gift

Sweetie Taylor Swift turned 20 this past Sunday! Happy Birthday, girl!!!

The Christmas-themed party was held at Taylor’s Nashville home in Tennessee with all her family, friends, band and tour crew invited.

In case you’re curious, Twilight‘s Taylor Lautner who’s reportedly romantically linked to the country singer, was also there at the party with the two of them later spotted wandering the streets of the city together.

Taylor’s b-day party theme is kind of a family tradition that goes along with butter and gingerbread cookies with cream-cheese icing as a treat for her guests. Sounds yummy.

To celebrate turning 20 and the end of her unprecedentedly successful year, Taylor donated big to schools around the country that she’s either attended or worked with. Swift’s donation of $250,000 will pay teachers’ salaries, buy books and fund various educational programs.

Something I wanted to do at the end of this amazing year and especially on my birthday was give back to something I really believe in, which is education,” Swift said. “The schools that I went to and the amazing people I got to learn from really turned me into who I am, and I wanted to give back.”
