You can’t really expect celebrities to have some very ordinary hobbies (though some stars indeed have boring ones, to be honest) as many celebrities try their best to be special even when they choose their pastime activities.

From climbing trees to collecting typewriters and doing magic tricks, here are some of the strangest celebrity hobbies.

Actor Tom Hanks is known to collect 1940s typewriters. He’s ready to travel around the world to find unique pieces for his collection.

Simon Cowell says his hobby is climbing trees. (“I climb trees daily… Seriously.”) His other hobby is to watch his neighbors.
