Selena Gomez wax figure unveiled
I’ve always found Selena absolutely adorable. I can say the same about her just-revealed wax figure that looks so much like the singer/actress (unlike that of R Pattz).
Selena Gomez debuted her wax figure at Madame Tussauds Washington on Monday with the figure going on display on Tuesday, March 30th.
The beautifully crafted wax replica is placed in the Glamour room joining figures of Jonas Brothers, Madonna, Beyoncé Knowles and other celebs.
According to the museum, Selena was very much involved in the process of the replica making. She donated her own black dress and shoes to keep the clothing authentic.
The creation of Gomez’s figure began late last year when a team of Madame Tussauds studio artists met Gomez for her figure sitting,” the museum said. “Gomez was an enthusiastic participant in the figure-making process, spending nearly an hour with the studio artists, as they took dozens of measurements and hundreds of photos to ensure her wax likeness would be an exact replica.”
This is my favorite celebrity wax figure to date. Do you like it?
