Scarlett and Gwyneth – New celebrity frenemies?

Gwyneth Paltrow is hard to deal with.

She’s very meticulous when it comes to sharing the limelight with somebody else, especially a beautiful and talented young star like Scarlett Johansson.

According to reports, the fact that Gwyneth was not a part of the Iron Man 2 promotional campaign while Scarlett playing a Russian spy, Black Widow, covered Entertainment Weekly alongside Iron Man 2leading star Robert Downey Jr. and Mickey Rourke, infuriated Ms. Paltrow.

Gwyneth can’t stand competition. Too bad for her.

Gwyneth was afraid she’d be upstaged by Scarlett and not being in the campaign was the final straw,” The Daily Mail reported. “She is furious she’s been left out.”

The 36-year-old actress now plans to boycott a promotion in San Diego later this month heading to New York instead.

Does it mean we witness a new frenemy story?

However, Hollywood is hypocritical, so get ready to see Gwyneth beam at Scarlett at Iron Man 2 premiere on May 7, 2010.
