PETA slams Kim Kardashian’s obsession with fur
Kim Kardashian has officially failed to become America’s next sweetheart and here’s why. In the world of eco-conscious and animal-friendly celebrities Kim has committed the unforgivable crime – her obsession with fur has turned her into the new celebrity target for PETA that advocates for ethical treatment of animals and publicly slams celebs who refuse to ditch real fur for its more animal friendly equivalents.
As you remember, earlier this week Kim Kardashian committed two fur crimes in one day – first stepping out in the floor-length jacket made of animal pelts, and then changing it for a black mink mini jacket later in the day.
It took PETA several days to collect their thoughts after such a blatant provocation. The organization has released the letter, in which they slam Kim for not having an ounce of sympathy for animals killed to make her coat:
Kim Kardashian is a woman who has everything – except, it seems, an ounce of sympathy for the animals who have the fur ripped off their backs so that she can purchase yet another gaudy jacket,” PETA said in the statement. “We wish she would take a cue from her fur-free sister, Khloe Kardashian – but evidently, kindness and generosity don’t run in the family.”
All right, Kim should be ashamed and all that but what “fur-free sister” are you talking about? Apparently, PETA has not seen this photo yet.
If not kindness and generosity, fur-loving definitely runs in the family!

This is just wrong. It took so many helpless animals to cover her fat ass!

The hat Khloe is wearing is fake fur. Not that serious.

That’s fake fur she’s wearing though I do think that even wearing faux fur is a bad example. I genuinely think it looks trashy :)).
