Paris Hilton avoids jail, receives one year probation + drug education

The infamous Paris Hilton’s cocaine possession case has come to an end but we all expected it would end up with jailtime and felony charges.

Getting massive support from her lawyer David Chesnoff, socialite Hilton managed to avoid both felony charges and jail time, receiving, in return, a one year probation, drug education classes, 200 hours of community service, and a $2000 fine.

However, if Paris breaks the law again, she’ll face up to 12 months in jail, “there will be no discussion”, District Attorney said in his statement.

According to Hilton’s lawyer, socialite-turned-entrepreneur fully understands the seriousness of the situation and is really grateful for the chance she’s been given.
