Just three words – Is It Legal?

While having fun with her friend at the Fontainebleau Resort on Miami Beach, Miley sported a neon pink two piece but it wasn’t the skimpy bikini that attracted everybody’s attention. It was Miley’s left boob, or rather the new tattoo she’s got right beneath it on her ribcage.

“Just Breathe” is an instant eye-catcher. Apparently, the tattoo is quite new as Miley, 17, was snapped describing it to her friend pointing at it with her fingers every now and then.

Last month Miley’s brother Trace Cyrus said the Cyrus family were planning to get matching tattoos shortly after Miley’s 17th birthday, so maybe this is the family present for the singer/actress.

Another explanation of the tattoo is that Hannah Montana star had it in memory of her 9 year old friend Vanessa who died of cystic fibrosis in 2007. Miley Cyrus met Vanessa at a Los Angeles hospital and instantly connected with her, the source revealed.

Either way, Miley’s got her first tattoo! I love it and sure it’s a lot better that Miley’s previous idea for the tattoo for her ex BF Justin Gaston (JG + MC kind of thing).

    The tattoo has an overall nice meaning, and i dont think its a bad saying or quote…But on a deeper thought/note…WOW!!!…Its kinda sad that tweens idealize her with all the negative things shes been doing: “basicly” nude photos (taking pictures in her underwear and in the shower), tattoos, getting her nose done, and singing about being a whore (“i go through guys like money flying out my hands”-or what ever those pathetic lyrics are). I feel bad for these kids that look up to her and their parents, because these kids dont know better and their moms or dads will one day realise what a “role model” like this can change their kids into. Kids can be VERY impressionable! I know shes 17 and she wants to grow as her own person and NOT what disney has molded her into. Sadly this happens all the time to child stars. They get hired to play this character while they are young and then try to grow up as their own person, but cant escape that mold. Then they get blamed for not being that character all the time.
